- 모든 차량은 정시 출발 — 탑승 장소에 5분 전까지 도착해 주세요.All vehicles depart on time — please arrive at the boarding point 5 minutes early.
취소 규정Cancellation policy
- 탑승 24시간 전까지 취소 시 전액 환불됩니다.Cancel up to 24 hours before boarding for a full refund.
- 24시간 미만 취소 및 노쇼(No-show)는 환불 불가합니다.Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
- 왕복 티켓의 일부(편도) 취소·환불은 불가합니다.Partial (one-way) cancellation or refund of a round-trip ticket is not available.

취소 규정Cancellation policy
- 차종(세단·밴·코치)에 따라 24~48시간 취소 규정이 적용됩니다.A 24–48 hour cancellation policy applies depending on vehicle type (sedan·van·coach).
- 규정 시간 내 취소 시 요금의 50%, 이후 및 노쇼는 100% 부과됩니다.Cancellation within the policy window is charged 50%; after that, and for no-shows, 100%.

탑승일 기준 최소 2일 전까지 완료해 주세요. 좌석이 한정돼 주말·성수기엔 더 일찍 마감될 수 있습니다.At least 2 days before the boarding date. Seats are limited and may sell out earlier on weekends and peak seasons.
